Return & Refund Policy

At Printswear, every product is custom-made specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final.

We only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • Incorrect item received

  • Printing errors caused by Printswear

  • Significant differences between the approved design and final product

To request a replacement or review, customers must contact us within 5 business days of receiving the order and provide clear photos of the issue.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect sizes selected by the customer

  • Low-quality uploaded artwork

  • Minor color variations caused by screen differences

  • Customer spelling or design errors submitted during ordering

If approved, replacements will be processed as quickly as possible depending on production volume and product availability.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused directly by Printswear.
